XÜLASƏ
Məqalədə qədim tarixə və şəhərsalma ənənələrinə malik olan Gəncədə son orta əsrlər dövründə həyata keçirilmiş genişmiqyaslı abadlıq-quruculuq işləri tədqiq edilmişdir. Məhəlli quruluşu ilə seçilən şəhərdə memarlıq ənənələrinə uyğun olaraq aparılmış yenidənqurma və bərpa işlərinin mahiyyəti müxtəlif elmi mənbələr, arxiv sənədləri, yerli və xarici tədqiqatçıların əsərləri əsasında araşdırılmışdır. Tədqiq edilən tarixi mərhələdə şəhər mədəniyyətinin səciyyəvi xüsusiyyətləri, milli memarlıqdan qaynaqlanan varislik ənənələri araşdırılan dövrün çağdaş tələblərinə uyğun şəkildə tətbiq edilmiş və yeni tikinti üslublarına istinadən aparılmış quruculuq tədbirləri elmi əsaslarla öyrənilmişdir. Məqalədə tədqiq edilən tarixi mərhələdə Gəncədə şəhər infrastrukturunun zəruri istiqamətlər üzrə inkişaf etdirilməsi, müxtəlif bərpa və abadlıq, eyni zamanda yenidənqurma işlərinin həyata keçirilməsinin əhalinin demoqrafik vəziyyəti ilə uyğunluğu məsələsi araşdırılmışdır.

CULTURE OF URBAN PLANNING OF GANJA IN THE LATE MEDIEVAL PERIOD

SUMMARY
The the article studies the large-scale works on improvement and construction carried out during the late middle ages in Ganja which has an ancient history and urban planning traditions. The essence of the reconstruction and restoration works carried out in accordance with the architectural traditions in the city, distinguished by its local structure was investigated on the basis of various scientific sources, archival documents, works of local and foreign researchers. Characteristic features of urban culture in the studied historical stage, heritage traditions originating from national architecture was applied in accordance with the contemporary requirements of the period under study and construction measures carried out with reference to new construction styles were studied on scientific basis. In the historical stage the development of the city infrastructure in the necessary directions, the implementation of various restoration and beautification works, as well as the compatibility of the implementation of reconstruction works with the demographic situation of the population in Ganja were investigated

РЕЗЮМЕ
В статье исследуются широкомасштабные работы по благоустройству и строительству, проведенные в период позднего средневековья в Гяндже, имеющей древнюю историю и градостроительные традиции.. На основе различных научных источников, архивных документов, трудов отечественных и зарубежных исследователей изучен характер реконструкционно-реставрационных работ, проводимых в соответствии с архитектурными традициями в городе, отличающемся своими местными градостроительными особенностями. На исследуемом историческом этапе, ссылаясь на научные основы изучались характерные черты городской культуры, традиции местной архитектуры, идущие от народного зодчества, строительные мероприятия, применяемые в соответствии с современными требованиями изучаемого периода и осуществляемые с привязонностью к новым стилям строительства. На историческом этапе исследовались развитие городской инфраструктуры в необходимых направлениях, выполнение различных работ по реставрации и благоустройству, а также соответствие выполнения работ по реконструкции демографическому положению населения Гянджи.
