XÜLASƏ
Məqalə davamlı inkişaf, “Yaşıl iqtisadiyyat”, “Ağıllı kənd”, “Ağıllı şəhər” konsepsiyalarının fəlsəfi-sosioloji baxışlarının araşdırılmasına həsr edilmişdir. Müəllif burada davamlı inkişaf konsepsiyasının əsaslandığı 5 prinsipi tezis formasında təqdim etmişdir. Məqalədə davamlı inkişafa keçmək üçün “Yaşıl iqtisadiyyat” modeli sosial-fəlsəfi baxımdan şərh edilmiş və respublikamızda yaşıl iqtisadiyyata keçidin perspektivləri təhlil edilmişdir. Burada elmi maraq doğuran məsələlərdən biri “Ağıllı kənd” və “Ağıllı şəhər” konsepsiyalarının fəlsəfi-sosioloji aspektdə ilk dəfə olaraq şərh edilməsidir. Dünyanın bir çox ölkələrində tətbiq edilən “Ağıllı kənd” və “Ağıllı şəhər” konsepsiyası Azərbaycanda işğaldan azad olunmuş ərazilərdə ilk dəfə olaraq tətbiq edilməsi də müəyyən elmi maraq doğurur. İşğaldan azad olunmuş ərazilərimizin bərpası ilə əlaqədar nəzərdə tutulan konkret faktlar Kəlbəcər rayonunun timsalında göstərilmişdir. Bu da bərpa olunacaq ərazilərimizdə davamlı inkişaf perspektivlərinin göstəricisi kimi təqdim edilmişdir

SUMMARY
The article is devoted to the study of philosophical and sociological views on the concept of sustainable development, “Green Economy”, “Smart Village”, “Smart City”. The author presents here in the form of a thesis 5 principles on which the concept of sustainable development is based. The article interprets the model of sustainable development “Green Economy” from a sociophilosophical point of view and analyzes the prospects for the transition to a green economy in our country. One of the issues of scientific interest here is the interpretation of the concepts of “Smart village” and “Smart city” in the philosophical and sociological plan for the first time. The implementation of the concepts “Smart village” and “Smart city”, which are used in many countries of the world, for the first time in the Azerbaijani liberated territories is of certain scientific interest. The specific facts provided in connection with the restoration of our liberated territories are shown on the example of the Kelbajar region. This is presented as an indicator of the prospects for sustainable development in our regions that need to be restored

РЕЗЮМЕ
Статья посвящена изучению философско-социологических взглядов на концепции устойчивого развития, «Зеленая экономика», «Умная деревня», «Умный город». Автор представляет здесь в виде тезиса 5 принципов, на которых основана концепция устойчивого развития. В статье интерпретируется модель устойчивого развития «Зеленая экономика» с социально-философской точки зрения и анализируются перспективы перехода к зеленой экономике в нашей стране. Одним из вопросов, представляющих научный интерес, здесь является интерпретация понятий «Умная деревня» и «Умный город» в философско-социологическом плане в первый раз. Реализация концепций «Умная деревня» и «Умный город», которые используются во многих странах мира, впервые на освобожденных территориях Азербайджана представляет определенный научный интерес. Конкретные факты, предусмотренные в связи с восстановлением наших освобожденных территорий, показаны на примере Кельбаджарского района. Это представлено как показатель перспектив устойчивого развития в наших регионах, которые предстоит восстановить
